Why I Knit Podcast
In each episode of the podcast I interview a different knitter about why they knit and how it benefits their mental health.
Some of the topics have included how knitting has helped people through experiences of loss, anxiety and post-natal depression. We reflect on the magic of how two sticks and a ball of yarn can offer rhythmical meditative movements that bring a sense of calm, but also help us to access creativity, connection and community.
